Programming Language IEC61131-3

SU-PLC is the new low cost PLC based on the long time experience of Arteco Motion Tech in Axis Controllers development.

The same ISaGRAF tool used for Axis Controller programs can be used to develop PLC programs.

The advantage for Arteco customers is that they can use ONLY one programming tool for all Arteco PLCs and Axis Controllers making it possible to save money and time. In fact all programs are portable to all Arteco PLCs or Arteco Axis Controllers.

The standard configuration is 16 digital input, 16 digital output expandables by Canbus and SPI port.

Remote I/O Module for Visual Basic and Visual C++ programming

The I/O serial modules are controlled by VB or VC++ programs thanks to the included DLLs. If the customer wans to control the I/O serial modules not using DLLs, a simple set of serial commands will be available since December 2009.

ARTECO MOTION TECH improves its product list adding the new profibus DP slave expansion card. It will be available since January 2009. This expansion allows connection between the master profibus digital signals and the internal I/O controlled by PLC, profibus DP slave expansion card is available for SU210, SU310 and SU112.

SU112: the advanced low cost controller

SU112 is a 2-axis Numerical Control unit with integrated PLC programmable using IEC 61131-3 standard programming languages, fitted with 16 inputs and 16 outputs, expandable up to 48 inputs and 48 outputs on-board and from 2 to 5 interpolated axes.

In its minimum configuration of 2 interpolated axes, axes sensor inputs, 16 digital input 0-24V, 16 digital output 0-24V protected against short circuit, 2 analog input and 1 RS232/485 serial port, the price begins from 605,00 EURO, fees and shipping cost not included.

The connectivity of the products made by ARTECO MOTION TECH gives the ability to link to SCADA applications for advanced supervision of complex industrial and civil processes. Products made by ARTECO MOTITON TECH can also be linked, by RS232/RS485 or ethernet, to Windows applications written in Visual Basic, VC++ or other programming languages. The user can manage the single character using our ISaGRAF functions receiveing and transmitting any information via serial port. In order to make the programming step easy, we developed standard ISaGRAF programs to be used for a fast start up in programming step.

Since January 2009 it will be available the new SU310 PLC/CNC. SU310 has been designed to provide an excellent performance / price rate. In fact it provides a great number of I/O and field interfaces in only one low cost product. The main features of SU310 are as follow: 40 digital input 0-24V, 40 digital output 0-24V, 1 axis interface providing -10V-+10V analog output, incremental line driver encoder interface, sensors input, 1 serial port RS232/RS485 and SIMCARD interface for saving programs. SU310 can be connected to expansion cards thanks to its expansion interfaces like proprietary PARALLEL BUS, ETHERNET, CANBUS, PROFIBUS. SU310 can be connected to I/O and AXIS expansion modules of the famous ARTECO SU210 line. The mechanic connection to DIN guide allows an easy housing into all the electric boxes.
